1. Commitment & Attendance

RCH Elite Training is a structured, ongoing player-development program. Players are expected to attend their scheduled training sessions consistently, arrive on time, come properly equipped, and be ready to participate.

Training sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival does not extend the training session. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to support each player’s development and progression within the program.

Missed sessions due to a player’s absence, scheduling conflict, vacation, illness, or other personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for a make-up session, credit, refund, or reduction in monthly dues.

Program description: RCH Elite Training provides structured soccer skills training — large-group, one-on-one, and online sessions — focused on technical development, individual and collective skills, confidence, coordination, and overall player growth. Sessions are age-appropriate and performance-driven, emphasizing individual improvement, discipline, and long-term development.

2. Absences, Cancellations & Make-Up Sessions

Parents should notify RCH Elite Training as early as reasonably possible when a player will be unable to attend a scheduled training session.

Because RCH operates as a recurring development program rather than individual personal-training appointments, monthly dues are not calculated based on individual attendance or the number of sessions a player personally attends.

RCH Elite Training may occasionally offer a make-up opportunity when scheduling, coaching availability, field availability, and program operations allow. However, individual make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

3. Weather, Field Conditions & Program Cancellations

Player safety remains a priority. RCH Elite Training reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, shorten, or cancel a training session because of severe weather, unsafe field conditions, facility restrictions, coach availability, or other circumstances affecting safe or reasonable program operations.

When appropriate, RCH may provide an alternative development opportunity, including a rescheduled session, modified training session, at-home training assignment, or online development activity through the RCH training curriculum.

Weather-related or operational changes do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or reduction in monthly dues.

Training times may also shift seasonally with daylight availability and sunset conditions.

4. Assumption of Risk & Medical Fitness

Soccer training involves inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms the player is physically fit to participate and has disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries in the registration notes. RCH Elite Training coaches are not medical professionals and will follow standard first-aid and emergency procedures if needed.

Medical release: In an emergency, if a parent/guardian cannot be reached, the parent/guardian authorizes RCH Elite Training coaches to obtain emergency medical treatment for the player. Parents are responsible for any resulting medical costs.

Release of liability: The parent/guardian releases RCH Elite Training and its coaches and staff from claims arising from participation, including injury, illness, or loss of property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Coach Discretion & Session Content

Session drills, pacing, and focus areas (technical skill, conditioning, tactical work) are determined by the assigned coach based on the player's stated experience level and observed ability, and may be adjusted at any time to support player development and safety.

6. Photos & Video

Training sessions may occasionally be photographed or filmed for coaching feedback. Photos or videos of a player are used in RCH Elite Training promotional materials and social media only where the parent/guardian granted photo consent on the signed Training Agreement; you may withdraw that consent at any time in writing.

7. Conduct

Players and accompanying family members are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. Parents and guardians are asked to refrain from coaching from the sideline, to raise concerns or recommendations privately with the coach, and to support a positive learning environment. RCH Elite Training reserves the right to pause or end a session, or decline future bookings, in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Monthly Dues & Payment

RCH Elite Training operates on a monthly membership basis. Monthly training dues are due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise communicated in writing by RCH Elite Training.

Dues are paid through the secure online payment link sent by RCH Elite Training (card payment, processed by Stripe); other arrangements require RCH’s written approval. Training fees are separate from league or team fees. Families are responsible for keeping their payment information current and ensuring monthly dues are successfully processed. Failure to submit required dues may result in suspension of a player’s participation in RCH training until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Enrollment and payment secure participation in the RCH development program but do not guarantee a particular coach, training group, field, or exact training location. RCH Elite Training may adjust coaching assignments, player groupings, training locations, or session structure when reasonably necessary for player development and program operations.

9. Privacy & Terms

Information collected during registration is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and use of this site and our programs is governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Trial & Placement

Registering your interest reserves a spot for evaluation — it does not guarantee a roster place. Age-group rosters are limited, and players may be placed on a squad, on a waitlist, or referred to a different age group or our Skills Training program based on coach assessment.

2. Season Commitment

Soccer Sultans is a competitive team environment. Once rostered, players commit to the full season's practice schedule and league fixtures, including away matches that may require travel. Repeated unexcused absences may affect playing time or roster status.

3. Code of Conduct & Safeguarding

All players, parents, and guardians agree to follow RCH Elite Training's code of conduct: respectful behavior toward teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials at all times, and zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, or unsafe conduct. Our safeguarding policy governs all interactions between staff and minors, including background-checked coaching staff and appropriate adult supervision at all sessions and events.

4. Assumption of Risk

Competitive soccer carries an inherent risk of injury, including contact with other players. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms the player is medically fit for competitive play and accepts this risk on the player's behalf, while trusting RCH Elite Training to maintain reasonable safety standards in training and matches.

Parents/guardians are responsible for on-time drop-off and pick-up at practices and matches, ensuring the player has proper kit and hydration, and promptly updating the club with any change in medical information or emergency contacts. Parents are asked to refrain from coaching from the sideline and to raise concerns privately with the coach.

6. Kit, Uniforms & Team Fees

Rostered players are required to purchase the official Sultans FC kit and may be subject to a seasonal team fee covering league registration, referees, and facility costs, as communicated upon placement. Training fees are separate from league and team fees. Fees are paid through the secure online payment link sent by RCH Elite Training (card payment, processed by Stripe); other arrangements require RCH’s written approval.

7. Fees, Refunds & Withdrawal

Monthly dues support continued enrollment in the RCH Elite Training program and its associated training and development resources.

Once monthly dues have been paid or processed, they are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by RCH Elite Training.

A player’s decision to miss training, temporarily stop attending, participate in another activity, travel, or withdraw during a paid month does not automatically qualify the family for a prorated refund or credit.

Any withdrawal or cancellation of future enrollment must follow the cancellation or withdrawal procedure communicated by RCH Elite Training. Outstanding balances incurred before withdrawal remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

8. Photos, Video & Publicity

Matches and team events may be photographed or filmed by RCH Elite Training, league organizers, or media, and may appear on our website, social media, or league materials. Photos or videos of an individual player are used for promotion only where the parent/guardian granted photo consent on the signed agreement, and you may withdraw consent at any time in writing.

When you register for Skills Training or Soccer Sultans, we collect information such as the player's name, age, contact details, guardian information, team/experience history, and any notes you share (for example, allergies or availability). We also collect basic contact details when you reach out to us directly.

• To process registrations and place players in the appropriate program, group, or age-level team
• To contact you about scheduling, placement, and program updates
• To support player safety, including emergency contact and medical/allergy information
• To improve our programs and, where permitted, for coaching feedback or marketing purposes

3. Children's Information

Because most of our participants are minors, all registration information is submitted by a parent or guardian, who consents on the player's behalf to the collection described in this policy. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without guardian involvement.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with league organizers, facility partners, or emergency services where necessary for competitive play or player safety, and with service providers who help us operate our registration and payment systems (for example, Stripe, which processes card payments — we do not store full card numbers), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain registration information for as long as needed to administer current and future programs (generally no longer than three years after a player’s last enrollment), and as required for safeguarding and league record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about your player at any time, and may opt out of photo/video use for marketing, by contacting us using the details in the footer of this site.

Such adjustments may be made based on enrollment, player age or ability, field availability, weather, staffing, safety, or developmental needs. Families will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably practicable.

The purpose of these adjustments is to maintain the quality, safety, organization, and long-term development standards of the RCH Elite Training program.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

Nothing on this website or communicated by our coaches constitutes medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding a player's fitness to participate in physical activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in soccer training and competitive play carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCH Elite Training and its coaches, staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries arising from ordinary participation in our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The parent/guardian releases, waives, and discharges RCH Elite Training and its coaches, staff, and volunteers from claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation, including injury, illness, or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, and authorizes the coach to obtain emergency medical treatment for the player if the parent/guardian cannot be reached.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Electronic Acceptance

Accepting these terms and the applicable Pre-Registration Policy & Agreement during online registration is a legally binding electronic signature by the parent/guardian. RCH Elite Training may also ask families to sign the paper Training Agreement & Liability Waiver.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of this site or participation in our programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
